Q: What was your first job?
A: Office Junior for Mellor & Mellor Estate Agents, I was there for 2 years. 

Q: What would you consider your biggest achievement in your career to date?
A: Going out on my own - taking the plunge.
 
Q: What do you enjoy most about your job?
A: All of it!
 

Q: What do you least like about your job?
A: Planning authorities

 
Q: What is your favourite holiday destination and why?
A: Spain - it's home from home.
 
Q: What drives you in your job?
A: I am a deal junkie and am always looking for a new deal.
 
Q: Where do you see yourself in 10 years time?
A: Taking more holidays and playing more golf!
 
Q: Who has been the most influential person in your life?
A: There have been 4 people who have influenced me greatly, my parents, my wife, Heather and Dr Michael a' Brook (a family friend) - between them they have sorted me out and given me support and guidance throughout my life.
 
Q: What has been your most defining moment?
A: Competing in the 1997 Fastnet Race
