Angmering, West Sussex
Working on this particular project between 1992 and 2000, this 12 acre site was developed into 132 residential units with adjoining Grade 1 Agricultural land. The Section 106 Agreement and Planning Permission was to be in place at Exchange of Contracts.
The site (on a former piggery) required soil and water surveys, road improvements and community facilities.
Our Land team conducted extensive negotiations whereby the developer purchased the freehold on receipt of Planning Consent in 1994. The developer was also responsible for the costs of promoting the site and the Vendor’s costs. This site is now contained within well-know Bramley Green.
