Outline Planning Consent was granted by Mid Sussex District Council in July 2016. The
Planning Officers recommended approval with limited objection from the Committee. The only concern, unusually, it was felt the overall density was too low.
The Section 106 contained affordable housing at 30% of the total, divided between 2 bedroom flats and 2, 3, and 4 bedroom houses, together with the usual contributions.
