We’re a tight-knit team at our Head Office in Worthing – and our work relies on the efficiency of our Teams in Land, Accounts and Administration. They are a joy to work with, going about their duties with energy and enthusiasm:

 

Andrii Andreiko

Andrii Andreiko has recently joined Land & Brand New Homes, taking on the role of New Business Manager.
Andrii has a wide remit of developing relationships with landowners and developers, engaging with current and new clients, whilst creating new business opportunities for our busy Land Department.
Additionally, with a focus on growth, Andrii is seeking to increase our client portfolio, whilst working closely with Land Director, Bob Hilder.

Samantha Hatwell – Land Secretary/PA

Sam joined Land & Brand New Homes as Land Department Secretary/PA in January 2013. Sam’s previous job roles included working as a personal assistant to a partner at a large firm of solicitors, which was excellent grounding for her work in our Land Department.

Sam has an interest in property and land as she has undertaken refurbishment projects with her husband, and tells us she really enjoys the hectic, varied and interesting role.

Gill Raimondo – Land Secretary/PA

Gill joined us in 2012 with previous work experience as a PA/Office Manager in architectural practices and the construction industry, where she dealt mainly with large residential developers as clients, but also collaborating closely with engineers, surveyors, planning consultants, etc. Her father owned a local construction company and her brother is a surveyor/developer, so land and construction runs through her veins.

Gill works closely with Sam to identify sites and has an extremely hands-on role working with the Land Registry, Planning Portals, Landowners and our many Developer clients.

Vanessa Light – FCCA

Vanessa joined Land & Brand New Homes in 2015 as Accounts Assistant and now manages R W Hilder & Co Limited Group as Company Accountant.

Her role has evolved over the years and she provides support in numerous fields – each day brings various tasks from Property and Estate Management, preparing supplier/client contracts, meeting clients, ensuring the efficient running of our various software systems, in addition to general Accounts Duties including Bank Reconciliations, Credit Control, and VAT.
