- Site at Gamblemead is to the south of Fox Hill village, alongside the B2112, Fox Hill Road, on what is considered to be one of the premier road in Haywards Heath
Site area: 7.3 ha of predominantly greenfield land, originally occupying a residential dwelling, agricultural land and woodlands - Outline Planning Consent was granted by Mid Sussex District Council in July 2016. The
- Planning Officers recommended approval with limited objection from the Committee. The only concern, unusually, it was felt the overall density was too low.
- The Section 106 contained affordable housing at 30% of the total, divided between 2 bedroom flats and 2, 3, and 4 bedroom houses, together with the usual contributions.
